Our puppy program is perfect for puppies that are 8 weeks to 1 year old. Puppy training focuses on setting your puppy up for sucess to mature into a well trained, fulfilled, and happy adult dog! We cover everything from early obedience, socialization, puppy development, and what to expect as your puppy ages!
This is a 4 week program consisting of 45-minute weekly sessions
These sessions will cover:
- The critical development period
- Potty training
- Starting basic obedience
- Confidence building
- Proper socialization
- Puppy biting
- Fear periods
- Crate training

Want does Puppy Training look like?
It starts with a 30 minute phone consultation. During this consultation we will talk about what your puppy may be struggling with, what your puppy’s daily life looks like, what you would like to see out of puppy training, and what you plan for your life with your puppy to look like once they are an adult dog. This will allow me to alter the training program if needed in order to fit you and your puppy’s specific needs and get a good idea of where your puppy is starting.
We will then schedule the times and dates of your first 2 sessions (however, you may schedule all 4 at the same time if you wish). I will send you conformation via email as well as the Rainy Day Dog Training Puppy Manual. This manual includes an outline of what each session entails and things you may need for your puppy.
The first session will take place in your home to ensure your puppy has a familiar and safe place to intake new information. As the sessions progress we will move outside and then to different locations.
